Directors Message:

Greetings!  2009 a New Year, a New Beginning.  Thiessen Roadhouse Ministries  is excited and would like you to join us in experiencing "a Freshness" in strengthening the lives of  each mother that will grace our door step this year. Our website gives just that opportunity to share with you our supporters and our community, to tell you about our accomplishments.  You will meet our mother of the month, upcoming events, incredible volunteers, awarded recognition  for the ministry, outstanding committed contributors, pledging for a better choice, current needs of interest, and perhaps how you can become involved, sharing your "gifts".  We are committed in providing services that meet the needs of our residents, clients, and enlightening you, our contributors. Last years goals reflected this commitment with each one dedicated and assuming greater responsibility together as a whole.  2009 will not only reflect the immediate needs of the ministry but reinforcing our foundation even stronger for a more structured future, long term existence, for Thiessen Roadhouse Ministries.

We live in very challenging times, seeking hope and peace. It is up to each and everyone of us to reach beyond ourselves, to reach beyond our level of comfort. It is our responsibility to make a difference in this society, to touch the wounded and those who are devastated. We must make a difference; not only in our lives, but also in the lives of others in our communities. Our goal is to ensure that Thiessen Roadhouse Ministries continues to minister in compassion and commitment, dedicated to  protecting the sanctity of life.

We hope that you will arrive at a better understanding of our mission, goals, and the services we provide.  We also invite you to come for a "Tea & Tour" to learn more about the "New Beginning" at Thiessen Roadhouse.  Your visit and interest  is extremely validating  to our mother's growth and development.  Your visit is essential to them, just knowing someone cares.  This will give us a time to get to know each other in a more personal way.
